Brewing Tips

Teapot brewing
Measure 1 tsp per cup of dry leaves into the teapot.Add hot water and leave to brew (see chart for brewing times and water temperature).
Strain into cups and enjoy! Leaves can be reused 2-4 times. To avoid bitterness, be careful not to brew for too long or use water too hot for that particular tea.

Teacup brewing
Measure about 1 level tsp of dry leaves into a cup. Pour hot water directly over the leaves. Let it brew for 1-3 mins (leaves will usually fall to the bottom). Drink and enjoy! You can reuse the leaves once more if required with fresh hot water.
